I always look to nature for ideas about shape, form, color, pattern and texture. Flowers have been a great source for me to get excited about a new creation. Blue is a color that has so many shades and these flowers are a great example of French Blue or Periwinkle Blue.

I made this necklace to be worn long or wrapped twice around. The paisley printed silver shapes I cut out are inspired by Matisse and the shapes from his Jazz series. The piece has black faceted crystals and resin beads.
Make sure pets get plenty of water during these extremely hot days. Always fill their water bowls and make sure the water is fresh and clean. Animals can’t talk so make sure you do what they need to keep them healthy and happy.

This shade of green paint is my favorite color for walls. It is fresh and peaceful and creates a feeling of being outside. I also love leopards! Leopard print makes every space feel chic and exotic. Experiment with patterns and add some leopard.
