Shipping and Policies


Most packages are shipped within 3 to 5 business days via USPS. Patti Gregory Jewelry orders are processed promptly in the order which they are received. Orders sent to destinations outside the contiguous United States, PO Boxes, and military APO, FPO addresses are shipped via US Priority Mail. You will be notified upon shipment via email with a tracking number from either UPS or the US Postal Service. If you do not receive tracking information for your package, please check your junk mail filter, or you may email for an update on the status of your order.

We are pleased to offer shipping to a variety of destinations outside the USA. Exact shipping costs will vary based on the country. A retail specialist will contact you via email after your order is submitted to discuss the exact cost. You will not be charged by us until the shipping cost is determined. Please email us with questions you may have about this process.


Avoid contact with water, perfumes and lotions. Store jewelry in plastic baggies or boxes provided to prevent scratches and preserve the piece.


Items are accepted for store credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in original unworn condition within 14 days, accompanied by original sales receipt. Please note we do offer exchanges within 14 days in original unworn condition. If you receive an item that you do not completely love, we will gladly exchange the item for something that you prefer in another color or design. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees or additional sales taxes incurred in this exchange process.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If your item is in need of repair or adjustment of any kind simply email us at We will then email you a return authorization number and gladly make any necessary repairs or adjustments. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to the studio and we will gladly ship the item back to you free of charge. Some fees may apply if additional materials need to be used and we will provide you with an estimate before making the changes. Be sure to include your name, address and phone number with your item.
